Banda Podre

Banda Podre was founded in Hell (also know as São Paulo) and there it perished, leaving to the humanity only myths and ancient stories. Band members are known publicly by the stage names Berão (bass), Decão (drums), Klão (guitar and voice—so to speak) and Rão (guitar and voice—if you will). Their whereabouts are mostly unknown. It has been suggested that they walk among us and are human-like lifeforms, but that remains to be confirmed. The lyrics of their only two songs ever released are written in (sort of) Brazilian Portuguese (along with latin, greek, assembly, Fortran and other infernal languages), but reliable sources estimate that they don't make sense at all, so the international public may rest still. Some people claim that the goat head on the front cover of their only released record is a real one, and it was amputated during a satanic ritual. Other sources reject this theory and say that the head is just the remains of a Buchada de Bode (a dish made of goat parts, typical from the Northeast of Brazil, a hot, deserted land that closely resembles the image of Hell). More info can be found at their official website:, but it is largely misleading and in a weird, remote language.
