Bhaskar
Born in 1984, Bhaskar S (ethnically Norwegian) is a New Zealand folk artist. Known for his eccentric character, he has recently undergone extensive plastic surgery. Having released one album, titled AeP (Advanced English Presentation), he is a rising star inspired by other famous musicians from his adopted country, such as Hayley Westenra and Bic Runga. Performing songs from his debut album (triple platinum), his first tour of Australia commenced with sold out seats at Murong Arena, Kellyville on the 13th of October, 2007. He is currently producing a second, highly anticipated mini-album, ModC. P. Advanced (Bhaskar S has yet to release details concerning the interesting choice of album name) in collaboration with renowned Cantonese post-rock artist, Boomurong_Jack (Jackie Mubong).
