Eric Gamboa used to live in Guadalajara, where he created Destreza, an abstract hip hop adventure (with Abolipop Records). Now he lives in Mexico City, where he recently recorded Two Years Off with Paúl Marrón of Childs (Static), a clear-cut ambient and folk album that will nudge those who like Kpt.michi.gan, Dub Tractor, and Fonica.
