Earthtribe
Earthtribe has been used by the duo of musicians Sanjeev Rupal and Sanjeev Varma to describe their blend of electronic music with the traditional sounds of India, an effort summed up well in track titles such as Indian Dope Trick and Sitar Funk. The project received coverage from the likes of Billboard in the mid-90s, the publication noting their fascinating hybrid style drew comparisons to the likes of The Chemical Brothers and The Prodigy.
