Based in Kyoto, they quickly attracted more members, Naosuke Wakahara (bass) and Takayuki Kanazawa (guitar). Once complete, the band began live performances to complement their recordings. Their first self-titled EP came in 2010 and immediately caused a stir in the Japanese independent scene. Going back to the studio after two more years, they released a second ep, carpe diem, in the fall of 2012 which further solidified their place as one of Japan’s up and coming post-rock quartets, alongside Toe and Lite.
